Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.  WHAT YOU’LL DO: AGENT STRATEGIST As an Agent Strategist, you will be responsible for driving customer outcomes and the success of the AI agents you own. Working closely with Agent Product Managers and Agent Engineers, you will lead the strategy, design, development, and optimization of AI agents that handle thousands of customer interactions every day. You will play a central role in bringing high-quality AI agents to life by combining product strategy, conversational design, and deep customer understanding.
